OFADE Consulting, as a leading company in advice, assistance, and scientific-technical R&D&I management, provides companies in the agri-food sector with management services and comprehensive coordination for R&D&I projects.

We consider ourselves to be a catalyst, since we accompany the client throughout the full successful development of projects, transforming ourselves into their own R&D&I department, accompanying them not only in the request or formulation of their objectives. Additionally, we establish a direct relationship with the R&D and project management, coordinate and agree on the definition of the processing, analyse the results of the tests in order to propose technical solutions to problems or deviations in the results obtained, control the execution and results of the tests, supervise the production processes developed and solving technical problems, control and monitor the R&D&I activities, as well as direct the external collaborations involved in order to align them with the stated objectives. For OFADE, the evaluation of the current company includes the use of R&D&I as a necessary tool for the growth of the company and the achievement of the objectives set, which is why we link this department to the needs that arise in the other departments, so that it always supports them.

OFADE has been carrying out the above-mentioned tasks in the agri-food sector since 2012, having developed and participated in major national and international projects related to the olive oil sector and its by-products. Among the many business projects managed by Technological Coordination of OFADE, we can highlight issues related to the valorisation of the virgin olive oil sector, from the search for the valorisation of the virgin olive oil sector, to the search for by-product valorisation, such as the evaluation of techniques for the qualification of produce, EVOOs, agronomic improvements, the development of new functional oils, etc.
